SE REINICIAN OPERACIONES EN LA

EMBAJADA DE FILIPINAS EN MÉXICO

Ciudad de México, a 19 de febrero de 2021 - En seguimiento al Aviso No. 3-2021 fechado el 31 de enero de 2021, y en vista del cambio de color a naranja en el Semáforo de alerta por COVID-19 en la Ciudad de México y en el Estado de México, la Embajada de Filipinas en México informa a sus clientes y a la comunidad filipina que reiniciará sus operaciones a partir del Lunes, 22 de febrero de 2021 de 9:00 AM a 3:00 PM.

Para minimizar riesgos y procurar la seguridad del personal de la Embajada y de sus clientes, esta Embajada llevará a cabo las siguientes medidas:

▪         La Sección Consular sólo abrirá los días LUNES, estrictamente por cita para asegurar que la capacidad de las instalaciones permanezca al 30%, consistente con las regulaciones locales;

▪           Las citas deben ser agendadas vía email; y

▪         Las citas se agendarán con una hora entre una y otra para asegurar que las personas dentro de las instalaciones Consulares no sean más de tres al mismo tiempo.

ADVISORY NO. 04-2021

RESUMPTION OF OPERATIONS IN THE

PHILIPPINE EMBASSY IN MEXICO

19 February 2021, Mexico City - Further to Advisory No. 3-2021 dated 31 January 2021 and in view of Mexico City and the State of Mexico’s shift to orange light categorization on the virus stoplight map, the Philippine Embassy in Mexico wishes to inform its clients and the FIlipino community that it will resume operations starting Monday, 22 February 2021 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

To minimize risks and ensure the safety of Embassy personnel and its clients, the Embassy will do the following measures:

• Consular Section will only open every Monday strictly by appointment to ensure that the Chancery's capacity remains at 30% consistent with local ordinance;

• Appointments must be scheduled via e-mail, and

• Scheduled one hour apart to ensure that individuals inside the Consular premises do not exceed three at a time.
